2. 3.3 magnitude- and you woke up at what time? 3.33? It’s a sign, definitely a sign. (or not) 😉

3. In California we would probably not have reports on a 3.3, hardly a tremor, But could you feel it? I really don’t like quakes. BTW, Did you find an adequately “CHEAP” hotel to stay?
   I hope you have some western boots, with you, part of the uniform in Texas I think.
