PGS to screen at India’s International Yoga Festival!

I’m thrilled to announce that my movie PGS – Intuition is your Personal Guidance System has been invited to screen at the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, India, next year.

His Holiness Pujya Swamiji Chidanand Saraswati, head of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram at Rishikesh, saw the film this past week and said: “It is beautiful. It will help a lot of people. And it will heal a lot of people too.”

Sadhviji Bhagawati Saraswati – also from Parmarth – extended the invitation after watching the film, and said it would screen on the banks of the Ganges in a pavilion right by where they do their famous nightly Aarti ceremony.

The festival is a major event on the international yoga calendar and attracts more than two thousand people from all over the world. It runs from March 1-7, and includes key note addresses from Saints, Yoga Masters, and some of the world’s leading practitioners and teachers of yoga.

    I’ll bet I see an announcement that Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas, New York, California etc. has showings. In fact when I am at the ashram this upcoming February, I will mention the movie to Swamiji.

  8. High and dry. Same for all of my family, but the physical, financial and emotional damage to SE Texas has been epic. City still divided in half due to continuing to drain two big reservoirs to have them ready for the next flood, whenever that may be. 85 to 90 % of Houstonian have no flood insurance. I do. Less than $300 per year. Looks like Irma heading to Florida next week. A very unusual year. This city and state needs prayers. SW Louisiana also. Looks like Florida and East coast may be next.

  9. Belatedly, Bill (I’ve been out of internet reach) Bill, congratulations!!! It’ll be such a huge event and the PGS words and sentiments will spread far and wide, both within and outside the yoga community. I’ll never forget the time we spent at that special place; it stays in every fibre of your being forever and the place will only be enhanced by showing the PGS movie 🙂

    • Britta – we were at Aarti last week and I remembered vividly seeing you at the same Aarti two years earlier, almost to the day, singing along in Hindi and in absolute rapture, It’s something I’ll never forget!
